“I have been with Progressive Insurance for about three years. My Agent, Bernie Clayton has maintained my policy from the beginning. Most insurance agents are well advised to always find the best coverage for the best price for their customer. Bernie is no exception. He has always diligently looked out for my best interests, especially pertaining to my coverage, so I always considered Bernie to be a good agent. Then in June 2010 my worst nightmare became my reality when I had an accident that I should not have walked away from and totaled my car. It was then that I learned just how extraordinary of a person and agent Bernie is. He has an undying desire to go the extra mile for a customer. I had to call him on several occasions for direction and each time he has always been extremely helpful and informative, but above all very professional and caring. Throughout the process of dealing with my accident, insurance claim, and coverage for a new vehicle Bernie has Demonstrated his willingness to go above and beyond an ordinary agent. Not only has his advice been accurate, but his personality has shown me what he is truly made of. I recall one occasion where I called him for advice and he had just stepped in the door from a short vacation. Bags still in hand. His willingness to answer every question that I needed to have answered showed me I have the best agent in the world, bar none!
